Rad bi v fitnesu delal na eksplozivnosti. Zanima me kakšna intenzivnost naj bo, koliko ponovitev in kakšna teža. Ker nikjer tega ne najdem. Delal pa bi za prsa hrbet biceps triceps, (rame verjetno ne). To je to.

cim vec dvignes vecja je ekplozivnost. od zacetka(segrevanje) pa do zadnje serije (5-6) dviguj vse ponovitve max. ekplozivno da najbolj natreniras cns.

Ce pod eksplozivnost mislis power, potem je najbolje kominirati speed strength trening in max. strength trening.
Speed strength se dela 50% 1RM, po 2-3 pon. in 8-10 serij, na stretch reflex...koristijo elastike da pride cim bolje do izraze CAT princip (maks. pospesek v vseh fazah dviga).
