Koliko je sploh RDA vitamina C in kok miligramov na dan telo zdrži brez stranski učinkov. Kakšni so lahko stranski učinki ?
Lahko kapsulo 1000 mg vitamina c vzamem po treningu(19:00) ? Al raj za zajtrk.
Ne oziraj se na RDA.Če resno treniraš,ga brez problema vzami 3 g dnevno.Kolikor ga telo rabi ga ga vzame,ostalo gre z urinom ven,tko da ni straha...

Če resno treniraš in si ispostavljen stresu je 3g C vitamina normalna doza... zato je kapsuliran po 1g (3x na dan)
...vsaj nekaj sem te naučil......točno tako.

Masoli, ne delat nelojalne konkurence lekarnam.  Mi pri vitaminu C itak nismo najcenejsi, ker nimamo praha, ampak kapsule.
